3 of my mates were expelled recently from school for smoking weed off school grounds and walking in high, but they kinda werent supposed to becuase it is stated that they only care for things done on school grounds.

I'm now wondering how they got caught being high in the first place.

I mean, eye drops? it's how I can get to smoke weed on school ground (roof) and still get around unnoticed

Why are you guys bringing weed to school anyway? It's a recipe for disaster

They only care for things that happened on school grounds? Then expelling them is within reason. They were high on school grounds. They aren't allowed to smoke on the grounds because they aren't allowed to be high on grounds.
