FA:S SWEP is good and reality weapon pack. M9K advantage is too many weapons

M9K and FA:S. They're the most biggest and stable (as I know), but FA:S have better physics than M9K.

M9K has a bunch of variety and is both simple and straight forward to use. They also include fun specialty weapons

Well, FA:S have a weird 3rd person holding animation. (the longer/bigger rifles). If it is possible, would go with m9k.

cw.20 is advanced and very good for a weapon pack, non the less free.

FA and CW2 are neat guns, I use them like always, but m9k are cool too, but not all most of them are way to OP for DarkRP for example.

M9K, pretty sure there are no paid weapon packs, although I may be wrong.
