Wanted to share a small SMP server I've been playing on

I'm relatively new here and haven't made any friends, so I'm hoping I can find other Minecraft players. I often check PlanetMinecraft for new servers that have potential and I found one that interests me (and it has a catchy name!).

If you like playing SMP servers that use plugins like Towny, McMMO, and an economic system I think you should check outOlyptic.

Here are some of the reasons why I've stayed

• Towny is nice and simple
  
• Shops are simple and navigable
  
• MCMMO
  
• No donations, ranks are awarded for time played
  
• SilkSpawners (you can harvest mob spawners with silk touch)
  
• Server is also small with an avg. of 8 - 10 players online

Yeah, right on dude. It's still a fun server.

I might hop on sometimes this week, IGN is same as my username here. Sounds like a respectable server. Though you might bring a few griefers or trolls here due to the nature of this website and the kinds of people it can attract.

Well, I hope to see you sometime! A couple members on here checked out the server and seemed to like it. It's a fun server and I really like that the owner isn't out for money and doesn't take donations for rewards. Everything is time-based, and I just ranked up today! So, I'm definitely having fun still and I haven't seen any grief reports or bans lately.

Im not a towny guy myself, as i prefer more fighting and explosions. So id say Factions is more fun
