Denied Changing Background

I'm not sure if anyone else suggested this before or even if that sounds dumb but, wouldn't it be cool if we ever had option to upload or own background at least pick one from a certain list? OH, the background on the top, behind the NULLED logo.

We already have that feature here on NBB. It's called Custom CSS . Not only the background, logo, etc but you can change the CSS itself. Unfortunately this feature is available only in "premium members"
