[CleanLeaks] PointShop 2 Ultimate + All DLC (Fixed)

I've noticed a few people have previously had the issue where they download an older version of Pointshop 2 + DLC, and find out that it throws off lua errors and becomes nearly un-usable. I've taken the liberty in providing a fix for that issue and have already put everything together so all you will need to do is follow the "README.txt" file that I've provided.

@mimimimi Did you install it properly? These lua errors are caused by having the incorrect version of pac3 installed. Be sure to install the one that I've provided, if you try and update pac3 it will throw out lua errors.
