Considering the fact that you are using integrated graphics processor, I really doubt you'll be able to run Assassins Creed on Very low. Garry's Mod and Counter Strike: Global Offensive should run on low-medium settings.
Integrated Graphics isn't exactly meant to be used for gaming, but rather daily use like browsing and watching movies/series and such.

Skyrim and Oblivion are instant classics. I'd recommend Oblivion for the story line but if you're more accustomed to new age graphics then Skyrim can be a nice balance and give you an all around great experience.
