Water Is not wet.

Water isn't wet. Wetness is a description of our experience of water; what happens to us when we come into contact with water in such a way that it impinges on our state of being. We, or our possessions, 'get wet'. A less impinging sense experience of water is that it is cold or warm, while visual experience tells us that it is green or blue or muddy or fast-flowing. We learn by experience that a sensation of wetness is associated with water: 'there must be a leak/I must have sat in something.'

So technically, water is dry.

no it cant be wet cuz the wetness from the water will eliminate the wetness on the ground there for if fire can destroyed by fire ,the water should work the same way right ?

If you pour water on water, you don't say the water got wet.
However, if you pour water on your table, you'd say the table got wet.

When a dry item touches water, it gets wet.
Let 's say coca cola gets poured into a glass of water the coca cola doesn't get wet nor does the water. It's just coca cola and water.

Water is not wet.
