Death Note movie

horrrrrible. Like really bad characters. Except the shinigami played by Willem Dafoe - that was sweet

Well i couldn't beat the anime. Just because of Light is a little crybaby in the Movie. Although i think they did a pretty good Job on the Design of Ryuk

Seeing this movie makes me sad. They really couldn't hold even a tiny flicker of a light to the anime, let alone the manga.

I don't like anime nor manga but i still see the movie as a horrible pile of shit

so just got around to watching it my self, as you say its nothing compared to the anime and quite unfaithful

I've personally never seen the anime, Watched it on netflix because it looked pretty good. I'm sure if doesn't compare to the anime but coming from a perspective of not seeing the anime itself it was a pretty good watch.

Was an alright movie nothing too great compared to the anime, Worth recommending to people though just so they can give there own view on it.

I watched the trailer and I hated it already lol
Compared the anime reaction to Ryuk and movie. So sad

I refused to watch it after taking a look at the trailer, the "actor" playing Light alone is a good reason for me to avoid it. Sad to see Willem Defoe wasting his talent on such crap

I was disappointed the movie did not give me the same feeling the anime the fist time
