What needs to change in OW?

Hi, I have just installed Flynax and looking for nulled plugins and themes

Having a system where Team A can ban one character (Not letting Team B choose that character) and Team B (Same goes with A) can ban another character. Simply balances it out and eliminates lets say Team A bans Winston, that gives them the oppurtunity of a Genji main to be countered that much. Hopefully Team B is smart enough and bans Genji.

Elo-System is one of the biggest issues and leaving people on comp. matches.

Remove JR from the game or nerf him to oblivion so he doesn't one-shot whatever I pick against him.

Competitive mode should change. It's really unbalanced players who barely work get GM or M. People who work get gold or plat.

I dont think anything needs to change in ow. I like it how it is lol

I think there is a need to change the matchmaking system even if it could get longer I wish I didn't fall anymore with people with 300 level difference from me
