Custome Page Portal Announcements

Looking to add the Portal Announcements to a table on a custom page as i don't seems to be able to get it working properly, here is the page link.

Possibly with the option to read previous posts below
Being more specific "(blog title)" is where i am wanting the name of the thread to be, which should be directly below "Events" just below the .tcat, fairly simple.
I am then wanting the thread content, so basically the writing in this thread to e within that trow with some possibly shadow or something to make it stand out a little and not to be confusing to which is the tread and to which is the trow (originalthread view reasoning).
Below that i am then wanting text redirecting you to that new announce that was made, or either by clicking on the actual announcement within thre trow, depending on how easy it is/complicated.
