What i did was FFA or DM. I do it for like a hour a day. Went from silver to DMG in like 3 months

Train you aim on maps like Aim Botz ... it helps :D

i think u should wathc some cs vids or some shit. look at pro players play and emulate them

Configure your gaming setting to your own and play on death match dedicated servers that will surely help you

Use an aimbot lol, no I'm kidding, go in your settings and fixed the sensitivity of your mouse

Slow down mouse sensitivity from there you can have more control over your shots

Make your own crosshair and try to minimize it as much as you can.

Just use aim training maps, there's tons of them in steam workshop.
