The main thing that I would use this section for would be the assets, as in Unreal Engine the assets are really... well not very cheap these days. Plus some small developers it would help with the programming part as they don't know much for coding wise.

I have some friends who is taking small games as base and add some roles and features and make them more complex and fun. In the end they make good profit over those games revisited.
