Advice Needed What should I do?

Okay so I work for the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office and I was curious I have worked here for 3 years and I am a Master Deputy but we dont make much and the department seems to be falling apart now so I was curious if I should leave or stay with my boss's telling us if we dont like something we should skip going to IA and just leave
