In order to not be depressed, you need to care about yourself every day. If one day you stop caring then you start falling into that pit.

Fuck friends and trying to please others, become your own best friend. Give yourself the love, compassion and support you deserve. Suicide is not how you should want your story to end, and if you hate your life then change your way of living and avoid toxic people. I used to be a cutter many years ago so i've dealt with depression myself, but like others said it will soon pass... If you ever need some advise or someone to talk to feel free to shoot me a message

We recently lost a friend to suicide. It seems like the easy way out but in reality it leaves your friennds and family wondering why. None of my friends saw this coming at all. We all hung out hours before and everything was great. No reason to get upset over small things like drama ect. Find something that makes you happy and chase it. If that helps you get out of the mood then do you. IF people cant understand that then you will find friends along the way that will. Those are the people you need around you. I have honestly like 5 good friends and 1 maybe 2 that are best friends.

Sometimes all a person needs is someone to vent to and chat with. If the E community can be that person then why not? Sure a doctor would be a great idea but if we can help at this moment and potentially help someone then im all for them asking for some advice or just looking for a person to chat with.

Although I understand what you mean I do get why he's posted this. I've also posted my emotions before and after getting them out I've felt a hell of a lot better. Sometimes that's the best help you can give yourself

having recently losing someone to this in the last month, I think anyway you can reach out and ask for help is a start. Talking with a few poeple in a fourm may be that fresh start thats needed to clear your mind
