Team Viewer Commercial use suspected?

Hey, so I've used to use team viewerfor helping my friends out with their problems and I use it quite a lot, but now Team Viewer says to me that I wassuspectedof commercial use so now it allows me to connect just for 5 mins and automaticallydisconnect.



So I was wondering because it's lock on mac address, IP address and I don't want to change my MAC address and use every time VPN, what should I do because if I do contact how would I provethat I'm just helping a friend of mine?
Or should I just use some alternative ways?




btw I wasn't sure where I should post this thread and this section looks closest to this case so don't judge me for this sorry :D

It probably popped out because you connected to more different PCs. I think it is not IP related so you dont need to use VPN. Try to change your MAC address and see if that helps.
