Aoki I've been in the refund business and done plenty of refunds, please please take this misleading guide out of this page. The forum it's been taken from has updated it through time and most of the shops are now in different places. I can provide proof of the list of companies thread in the other forum. This guide will only mislead users that have never done any refunding and it might get them into trouble!
