Doesn't specifically Tokyo have the fastest internet in the world? Or is South Korea?

Consumer broadband is likely to be China, although the US is catching up to them.

As for business broadband, 10Gbps is everywhere these days. Anything higher is likely just multiple networks in teaming mode.
