Best childhood Memories.....

One day as a little girl, I remember not having a dad. When my mother was young her and my father met at 18 years old and my mom had me at 19. When I was able to undertstand english my mother told me my father didnt want a baby and he never came to see me when I was born :(. So year's later I searched for my father and found him and reached out to him. The sad thing is he was looking for me, and my mom had lied to me. The real reason why she wouldnt let my father see me was because My mothers parents thought my dad was a dead beat....

3 years later.........
For some reason all those years I could not see my father, and I finally met him when I turned 16 year's old. When I rung the doorbell to his house he answered and hugged me! <3 I felt so loved by him and my heart was saddened because I missed him and I could tell he missed me for all those years!
That is my happiest memory please share with me what is yours?

To be fair that's a pretty amazing story which is a living reflection of how the words from someone's mouth can alter your entire life. Actions speak louder than words, finding your father shows that.
I've lived a pretty general and boring life where nothing spectacular like this has ever happened to me. I don't really know what my happiest memory is, to be honest.

Childhood memory wise I can't think. The happiest moment, getting engaged.

Sounds terrible to say this and honestly I'm pretty sure they're there somewhere. But not that I can recall.

I guess really any of the happy memories I had when I was either not at school or at home.

I enjoyed extracurricular activities quite a lot. Whenever I could spend time away from school and away from home I was pretty happy. At least I think.

Could have been a front to just swallow my sadness and try to keep myself going.

Who knows honestly...

Wow, your story made me a bit sad to be honest, I don't get it how could you lie to your child like that.

Personally my best childhood memory is when I probably got my playstation 2 as a birthday gift from my parents, lots of days spent playing it.
