Paypal Account / VCC

Where is the best place to buy either a verified PayPal account or a VCCthat works with PayPal verification? Looked at a few sites but they look sketchy as fuck. Also for a US account do you need a VCC and VBA?

So you only need a VCC to verify your paypal ? or just to use it to buy or activate something

Trying to get a verified Paypal, few online "jobs" that I am trying to do since I have so much free time. Having a verified one, in general, would be nice as well, but I have a US account and I have heard they need a VBA as well.

Yeah they do need a VBA i don't know a place that sells them, most of the websites are just scams so get away from them

Why do you need a verified account to get a payment ??????

Some jobs / websites only pay to verified paypal accounts

I get paid on my verified account, but sometimes customers do a refund. I cant prove that I gave them the virtual goods and almost everytime I am fucked up. Even if I force them to send me an email that they agree that they wont receive any goods, they still refund for "unauthorized transaction" Is there any chance to protect myself ?

I knew a site which used to provide prepaid vcc, and you can recharge the vcc using your crypto currency. unfortunately, their service is temporary down. I'll let you know when they start providing vcc again
