Would you make any changes or do you think it's good the way it is?

Giving this a small bump to see if there's any update nor progress on the situation.

Love this idea. It highlights what I think good forum community members should be.

I mean if it will ever be implemented it would definitely only be given out by the staff team so it doesn't become a circlejerk like MOTM was.
The only problem I see with this currently is that it overlaps with Bubbles award.

"it would definitely only be given out by the staff team"

Definitely, staff only and isn't listed in the 'request award' section. Now for Bubble's part, I'm not sure what his award concludes, but "Elite" doesn't automatically refer to being supportive, friendly, dedicated. Elite can be someone with a high status.
I don't see this as something only for the Elite; this is something that's given and provided to users who resolve complicated urges from those who seek help. That's debatable.

I know. I just wanted to reaffirm it.
The definition of the Elite award is this:

"This award will be given to members with outstanding qualities. We will scout the
forum every month for members worthy of this award. Those we scout for go above and beyond for
fellow members, contribute to this forum in various of ways, and have a passion to make Nulled a better place.

Members we catch with those qualities will be given this award temporarily.
Be very proud when wearing this award as it is a genuine sign that you're heading in
the right direction! You will be PM'ed upon receiving this award."

My award isn't for the high status. Those with perm elite award have unmatched achievements through dedication, passion and hardwork. Wether its helping members, being very charitable, or going above and beyond to make the forum a better place.

My Temporary Monthly system allows a chance for anyone to receive the award. They will be sought after monthly. We'll look for acts of kindness, paired with HQ posts and threads. Members who take the initiatives. Members who show dedication to the forum. The word Elite in this instance is showing superiority in character.

This is honestly a perfect idea for an award. This should happen.
