What do you listen to while working/designing/gaming?

I can't seem to find a thread about this (in the last two-ish months)

What do you guys listen to while you're doing a task that requires most if not all of your attention?

I try to keep it on the calmer side with things like;

and when I'm driving/doing housework etc I usually like heavier bass / louder hype music so that I don't get bored.

I'm quite interested in other people's choices? are they similar or wildly opposite like Metalcore or kpop? let me know!

Although i keep changing what i listen, before this it was lil peep and before that eden.

Completely depends on what kind of attention I am dedicating to a task. If I need concentration then I usually listen to some instrumental music, if I need something with a bit of speed then I'll listen to pretty much everything that isn't rap.

I like techno. It's not drastic, kind of chill, smooth progressions so you don't get distracted too much but it gets you in the zone
