Actually if you can't start your server, just try to remake one. that's the only solution i see

I try it 10000 times... U use open game panel, download steam, and unzip files from this server's file, and I have a lot of errors.

Actually, wouldn't it be much easier to setup a clean Linux machine, download a clean copy of the Garry's Mod server base with SteamCMD and then install the mods one after another from proper sources? I feel that this would be the right way. Using premade folders with server files and etc. usually goes wrong because the systems that they're used on are different.

I'm not a Windows guy for servers either. Linux would be the more suitable OS given how much resources Windows uses by default and how much Garry's Mod will take. Linux would be atleast more efficent.

I think It's server client's file, downloaded by someone.
