Changelog #15 - 05/02/2018

Here's another small changelog
Tho this list is small, the changes are big (coding wise, at least).

Added:

• User owned awards
  
• [Denied], [Accepted] and [Implemented] Thread prefixes so I can keep track of what to do
  
• Purge notifications
  
• Ability to steal usernames (Currently Divine-Only for testing purposes)
  
• Added handled reports to staff statistics page
  
• Unlocked resources list
  

Fixed:

• Reset the Userbar upon removing from a group
  
•

Some nice changes have come along. Glad to see a changelog as well with it all documented.
