I recomend you NxServ it's pretty nice and have some nice RP scene

Since you want something SeriousRP / English based, I recommend looking in the SantosRP / PERP section. These are two very serious roleplay gamemodes. PoliceRP is also something I could enjoy playing PoliceRP.xyz is an English community.
