She told you she isn't happy but want to make things work. What are you worry about her breaking up with you? She's telling you the problem she is having and is willing to work for a solution but you're more worry about her breaking up with you than finding a solution for the happiness she mentioned? No one can really help but you and her since it's you that gotta make her happy not us. I'd just suggest going out more as a couple but that doesn't mean take her to the movies, and out to eat every other day. Just do stuff you both like doing.
