Implemented Show Reports Made in CP/Profile

You mentioned "successful reports" which I assume you meant as when staff has done something about it. ex warn/ban the user.
We don't keep track of those things and it would be way too difficult to implement.

Adding a button to UserCP and adding a total reports counter on the reports page seems good. Could also add total reports on profile.

I think it might be a good idea to display a "processed" status report like we see in the all reports page. That way they know if we went through it or not.
