That'sa good trick. I just can't stand the cold so I cant do it.

I got used to it but the decission of taking a hot or cold shower is totally subjective. People say taking cold showers raise testosterone levels by its own but it also raises cortisol levels, slowing down the T hormone in the bloodstream. There are studies saying cold showers after working out raise some stuff that help with testosterone production. So I just mix both hot and cold showers daily and get benefits from both lol

on the weekends I get lit with my boys and
on other days I just watch movies or get stuff done around my house

That's good, you're not wasting your time like me on these sites, but it's summer over here so I literally have nothing to do besides working out. And the days I do it only takes 2 hours of my day so I end up getting bored a lot

Yeah, I also like researching medical studies, even though I don't understand what most of them say, some just lay downthe results and it's clear as day.

Also you learn a lot when you discuss with people over reddit.

I got 1 more question for you btw. Do you know what "rethorical fallacies" are? I recommend you take a look into them, they're used a lot in debates and argumentation. It's kinda related to thecommunication field. Here's a really good infograph I found a while ago:

I know what rhetorical fallacies are but that is a very interesting infograph. Very cool. At 15 you seem very eager to learn new things. That is a great trait that will do you well later on.

Let's talk. I want to get to know more members on a better level so talk to me. I'll start with a short introduction for myself. I'm Photo, currently 20 years old. I attend college locally and want to study psychology. Being able to understand why people do what they do at the deepest level has always interested me. I love to spend time with my friends during my free timeand I enjoy doing graphic design and photography. So, lets chit chat.

I enjoy graphic design too, mostly designing logos. What do you like working on?

I personally work on logos as well. Also banners, avatars, signatures, photo manipulation, everything really.

Thank you! Sadly I've never been successful at applying this at school (as a matter of fact I barely passed every year of highschool until now). I can get really good at something that I find interesting but I can be the worst at something that doesn't interest me at all. Luckily I feel I can make a living of what I like and all my knowledgewill be useful in the future. My dad always says "Knowledge is Power". I hope he is right.

I'm trying to upload all the pics I have in my phone to my PC but I'm having a hard time. I'll post them as soon as possible though!
