Adopted children

Question:
Should adopted children be allowed to seek their biological parents/parent without their consent? (Why/Why not?)

I think they should be allowed because if I was adopted I would like to know about my biological family for any diseases that are passed down through the generations.

Well as per me they should be allowed to meet their real parent but noh they cant :/.
