Denied Making an off-topic for non-premium members?

I personally like posting in the off topic sectors if it's something that makes no sense to have a discussion about it.
It'd probably be a lot of spam though that'd be my only negatives about having something like this in the general area of talk.

I don't think this area should count towards posts and I don't think you should get credits for this area either but I do think it would be an area used by many users. To post random stuff.
I am aware that there is a random tab for Premium users but I think it'd be nice to either move it and allow unupgraded members use it or make another.

To be honest I disagree with this. I for one already see no real point to the section besides a lot of memes.

Would just move the "What's your favourite x" or "X or Y" threads there
