How can i download apps on my iphone x ? someone should help out

Sign up with your Apple ID or create one if you haven't already.
Then just search and app in the App Store and install it from there.

crate an Apple ID and you can use that to log into you App Store which is preinstalled on every iPhone. you can use that to search for any app and look at the trending paid & free app charts. when you see one you like just click 'get' and it'll ask for your Touch ID fingerprint (or apple id password if you haven't got that set up) then you're all good to go!
