What do I upgrade

Im looking to upgrade my GPU. I have a gtx 970 MSI 4GB rn. What should my next GPU be?

What are your other PC specs? Especiall your CPU, as it may bottleneck any better performing GPU.
As for a sole GPU pick, I'd get the 1080. Its only a bit more expensive than the 1070, but does perform better.

My CPU is an i5 Skylake 6600k overclocked to 4.5ghz, and I have 16gb DDR4 Corsair Vengance RAM 3200mhz. It's only my CPU thats actually outdated.

Your CPU could bottleneck your setup slightly if you're going for a 1080, even with a 1070, although it shouldn't be too bad.
I'd still suggest you to get a 1080 and perhaps in the future upgrade your CPU.

I wouldn't settle for anything below the 1080. The 970 is objectively better than the 1050Ti.

Cache also has some good points.

what resolution do you play? Because if it's only 1080p i suggest you to buy a 1070 that would fit very well.

Upgrade everything, gpu and things like that, but most importantly is your ram
