Hello NULLED Community.
This video will show you show to make a Website for completely free for 12 months (1 Year), including MySQL, site builder and other admincp panel's. This tutorial is mainly for people wanting to learn Website Development, or test new addons/themes on their site. You could use this site for a Forum, but I'd recommend that you use a registered domain instead.

This is adapted for new people who need help with Web Development, this is not an advanced tutorial.
So I don't think personally anyone with a good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, eg... would find this much use..

In the video, I will explain how to setup the free domain, use a free host to connect them, and then use a site builder to work on your website, I'll also show you how to add custom files, such as MyBB or XenForo.

Here is the video:
(Please don't hate, I'm just trying to help!)

(I had to link it, since the video was too large to post as a YouTube video!)

Likes are not Required when watching this video, although I'd appreciate any that I can get for the effort I put into making this video, and then sharing with the NULLED community.

Thanks, Rizzo.
