Not really, even on her release, she wasn't op or broken she was just a unknown champion thats all

Zoe's a burst mage, she is kinda balanced but anyone that can actually play her will control the game

i know some zoe mains and they still play her now even with the new patch becuause they said she is still op af, but i plaly malz agains her ez as that
