PHP&HTML editor like visual studio

Visual studio has feature for ASP and you can desing like a win32 software.
I would like to design a functional website like rapid application development studio.
Is there any suite for that?

I advise you to use PHP Tools for Visual Studio, it allows you to develop PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML, also allows you to debug the PHP & Javascript code.

Visual Studio have PHP, no? Or if no use Brackets, it's similar to VS.

If you like the VS environment. Use VS Code. I believe you can get a free php debugger unlike PHP Tools

Sublime text is very similar to Visual Code editor
