Installation

Download the .zip
Extract it into addons
Edit hat_mod/lua/autorun/hat_config.lua
Subscribe in this and this addons
Restart your server
Enjoy !

Addition:

If you want the menu opened via the command console, remove the comments at the end of the file "hat_mod\lua\autorun\server\sv_hat.lua"
And enter the command "hatmenu"
