Which version of Laravel is it built upon? I prefer any above laravel 5.4

It is built on the latest version of the laravel in my thoughts.

The question that you asked can only be answered by the official author of this theme.
It is a nulled version
according to author it support Bootstrap v4.x that's mean 5 is also supported

Very smooth editor, makes me wonder if JS can easily be implemented into this editor directly. I'm assuming this is the best bet to get a basis of a website stated then you can use Dreamweaver to tweak here and there. Has anyone used this yet? I'm curious on how it fits your needs.
