It is a nulled version
according to author it support Bootstrap v4.x that's mean 5 is also supported

Very smooth editor, makes me wonder if JS can easily be implemented into this editor directly. I'm assuming this is the best bet to get a basis of a website stated then you can use Dreamweaver to tweak here and there. Has anyone used this yet? I'm curious on how it fits your needs.
