If you got to ask if it is cheating, it normally is. As Humans we have an innate moral compass crafted by our cultural values that lets us know when we are screwing up. Another test you could do is would you be willing to tell your SO about your sending nudes to other people? If not, gotta ask yourself "Why wouldn't it?".

For sure it is, your gf/bf is the only guy that has to get a sexual relation with you, doing it with anyone else will be count as a cheating, keep in mind that this may result in some worst stuffs in the future some serious stuffs could happen if any of your pics got leaked, in short you may destroy your life.

It is different than standard cheating but it is definitely mentally cheating on your partner.
