Do you believe in an afterlife?

Sadly I do not believe in the afterlife, that is why death is so scary to me, if your dead it is over

Yes i do believe in after life.

i give you a best example for you

body - Hardware

Consciousness / soul - software.

I want to have new body with same system

i will bring hardware and upload a backup of previously crashed system - this is why some people remember exact memories of past life.

i want to have a new setup without any errors
- new hardware and same software installed in it with all data formatted - this is rebirth in new body.

What doctor does is trying to keep software alive by ensuring no failure in hardwares - as he dont know, how to restart program.

Yes reincarnation

the best example of reincarnation is Mr. Dalai Lama,

I dont no about which number body he have currently, but his soul never goes to heaven, after his death he finds new body and reincarnate himself in it.

to identify himself in future, he gives the clues to main staff which choose the next dalai lama accordingly.

I believe there is a life beyond the one we're living now. I would hope that there is something beyond this life and it's not just lights out.

We all can hope, but can we prove it? well sadly no.

I don't think about an "after life". But i ll supprise it ll be the case. Perhaps i'm a scientist ^^
