Serious What do you think about Italian people?

Hey.
Since i'm Italian, i would love to hear stranger's opinion about us, and, if you'd like, you can ask me anything, as long as the question is serious.

I have just spent two weeks in Italy and I wish I had spent more. It was an amazing place, and for the most part Italians were very friendly and forgiving of my bad Italian. I've fallen in love with Umbria and Orvieto in particular. As Arnie says, "I'll be back".

You guys make great pizzas. That's pretty much it >_>

What is your favorite Italian dish? I'm curious since I like to cook and want try things from other cultures.

Well, it all depends on the italian. (Mainly there personality): that's like saying what do you think about a british person, or an american everyones different. You cant really judge someone from where there from, although yes, you defently make some good pasta & pizza

I'll give my thoughts about the people and the country, the big pros for me include the cuisine, wine, artists, inventors, and the land in general. I can't think of many cons outside of Mussolini. And as for the people are friendly, passionate and animated, but arrogance is fairly common. They're also really passionate about football/soccer from what I've seen seeing crowds of people swarming at cafe's watching a game.

Honestly I rarely think about you. I do know that there was the whole Pray for Paris thing but that shit died out quickly which sucks but other than that I only know that your language is very similar to Spanish.

I'd say Carbonara, i guess.
