Samsung s9?

Yea, I wouldn't recommend buying a new phone, just because it's new. Just wait and upgrade later its not worth wasting money every year.

I finally got a chance to play with the s9 and over the phone is of course a step up since the s8 though it isn't a significant enough step to warrant an upgrade in my opinion. the only noteworthy part of it i thought was the camera eve if a little gimmicky.

There has been a lot of upgrades on the S9 especially the camera as they have added a kinda shutter looking thing which allows more/less light into it to create more real-life photos. Also other upgrades like battery life ect...

I would definitely consider the upgrade if you're on the s7 but maybe not if you're using the S8.

seems Samsung start overpricing their brand like iPhone, glad I have xiaomi phone.

No it's waste of your money, the S8 is still amazing while the S9 is pretty good it's just a bit of upgraded hardware.

I have a s9 plus and i dont mind but tbh there not much difference between them

The new Galaxy S9 has the same expansive display as last year's S8. But Samsung has introduced a number of changes to its newest flagship smartphone. I think S9 better

Recommend you keep your S8 like me and upgrade next year to the S10 or whatever other phones are out. No big difference apart from the new camera.
