In my very honest opinion, Pancreatic Cancer, as it is very hard to determine how bad it is without actually operating on the patient.

The human race. Why is there so much separation? If we all worked together there would be such amazing advances in the world, but people insist on conflict.

My vote would be MS - Multiple Sclerosis.

Seriously, Having the very thing that keeps you alive from most of these other diseases is also killing you slowly and painfully in most cases. How do i know this? i was diagnosed this year.

There is nothing they can do for the pain and even painkillers don't really help.

There is no cure... There is no real effective treatment... You just watch as your health deteriorates and your pain levels rise slowly but never go down. I guess radiation poisoning could be worse but that kills you pretty quickly :/

*EDIT*
I forgot to mention:

-Tremors
-Involuntary spasms
-Seizures
-Pain in all extremities (Constant)
-Loss of bowel and bladder function
-Sexual dysfunction
-Mobility Issues (Tripping, Unable to walk)
-Difficult to diagnose

Indeed but it not like any of the people care about the world future and just care about their own country future. The reason why we can't advance in the medical aspect.
