Cancer. We still don't have a cure for that and it's fucking deadly. Especially lung cancer which you don't even know about 95% of the time

There's so many diseases that are lethal to us that I think it's safe to say all of them are the deadliest.

Well, a lot of people die from cancer and you can get cancer from many ways so I guess that would be one of many deadly diseases out there.

The most deadliest disease isfor sure, Alzheimer. You start forgetting little things, names, objects, etc and then one day you just forget who you are, you don't remember who are your friends and family, you end up forgetting how to do normal stuff like cooking or going to the toilet. And memories, you forget those, memories is the only thing that makes us alive.
