Edit an individual profile

I remember being a plugin for it, yet I can't remember the name.
Anyone willing to help me find it?

That plugin right there will allow you to make changes to a profile.

Yeah you'll definitely need template conditionals, otherwise there's no way to distinguish between the profile being visited and any other profile
