It has a low level on steam (if you send me X amount of csgokeys I can get it to whatever level depending on the amount you send or you can do it yourself ofc I won't take a cut), it has a bunch of name changes but I know a way to remove the previous ones, shitty skins (7):http://prntscr.com/j0f90s

For people to use it as a smurf account. Smurfing is when you play on another account that pertains a lower rank than you actually are (on your other account) you'll be queued against VERY easy players and have as much fun as you want.
