I used to do it every day, however, I've managed to pull myself back to every few days, and I'm trying to get further and further away from it.
I realized I'm just doing it because I'm bored (Although there is that one time where I actually just feel like doing it, not because I'm bored).

Apparently, it can help prevent some forms of cancer and just keep things down there generally healthy. It's good to do in moderation I believe.

But it's probably not enough to be dangerous or anything, just look out for friction burn if you last a long time lmaooooooooooo
