Do you believe in an afterlife?

I do not :( I think a lot of people believe in reincarnation but if that's what happens then it is as bad as death because you won't remember your old life so the old you is dead anyway

Why not? Imagine that after death you feel nothing, hear nothing, see nothing, emptiness and blackness. Forever. Next day - nothing, next week - nothing. Nothing. It's horrifying!

Yeah, I think there's something after life, though I have no idea what it'll be...
Maybe we all just collectively go to some place, like heaven, or we just get reborn based on our actions in our previous life.
I like keeping the second idea in my head. It's a lot more reassuring when you're living everyday life to know that you'll have a second chance at everything in a new life, so moving on from depressing moments is really easy.
The more good that I do, the more I'll be rewarded either in this life or the next one.
I'm also a strong believer in Karma.

Hopefully it's just lights out and their is not reincarnation I don't want to live my shitty life over again.

The afterlife is a very complicated subject. While the Catholic in me immediately screams out that there is a defined heaven/hell, I doubt it is quite as black and white as that. I suppose that's why the catechism describes purgatory as a kind of in-between. The short answer is yes I do, however I can't really say what it could be like. Heaven is supposed to be an eternity with the Lord. hell is an eternity without the Lord. An interesting concept, but nonetheless more interesting than staring of the proverbial cliff of life to an all-consuming nothingness.
