How to stop hacker?

Unfortunately, hackers can not be stopped. There have always been and will be. Unfortunately, there are some people who can not do that.

You can stop hackers by not playing that broken game , they don't care about us , they released the 7 day trade ban just for them to stop players from gambling on sites and to gamble on their official cases.

Instead of improving the vac system they release new cosmetics.

There's nothing other than reporting that you can do.
If you're talking about CS:GO or a similar game (I think it's the only one with this so far) -- The Overwatch feature where you can get hackers banned yourself and help sort out the community that way. The more people that replace the job of the well and broken VAC, will help revive the community and in turn earn Valve more money to spend on NOT IMPROVING VAC, beacuse hackers have to buy the game over and over again. Ever wonder why CS:GO is never really on sale? It's because hackers would buy the fuck out of the game and stockpile it for later, they can earn some massive bank that way if they know where to sell...

Pray to valve so they can save you from the hacker scum... In all seriousness, just report and move on. Hacks will always exist and there's no stopping that anytime soon

I think the game developers need to create a good hack system so they cant cheat. Or use a hack system like anti cheat..

You can just report.And Wait Anti cheat system to ban him...

You can always help by personally emailing the developers and getting a lot of people to do so, into forcing them into upgrading or fixing their anticheat. If everone currently complaining about Valve's VAC anticheat, especially on CS:GO... I'm sure if we all spammed their mailboxes full of emails about asking them to fix VAC, they'll surely do something to help the hacker situation.

First you need to understand whether the hacker is then to try to talk to him then try to persuade him well, then go.
