There are some really good videos on youtube about it. Some even have a slow-mo showing on screen keyboard to see in wich moment you need to press the correct keys!

I recommend you binding the mouse wheel to jump, and to start practicing go to a bunnyhop map

Bind your jump key to something and practice in any of the bhop maps available in the workshop.

Clamp the space and rotate the mouse to the left, then right while pressing A and D.
Simply and easily

Don't use W or S.
Use ONLY A and D.
EIther bind scroll down or up (or both) to jump, and jump as you're hitting the ground (not after), or find a server with Autobhop (or enable it yourself, google the console commands).
When holding A, look left smoothly and vice versa.

Going left an right repeatedly will help you gain speed if you're jumping instantaneously after hitting the ground.

Yeah, that's what I meant Smile
You only really need to do this if you're playing on a server with Autobhopdisabled.
You can enable autobhop when you're playing offline, but a lot of servers also have it enabled, so look around for those to start on.
