Do you talk to your self?

I talk to myself all the time, I even did while clicking on this post. I think its something to do with my ADD

Yes, it's weird, I do it myself 24/7, I don't know why but I kinda like doing it

I do not speak to myself. Maximum I can think aloud.

I stop talking to myself because I did not understand what I was saying to myself. :lmao:

I do it very often, and I speak to me in English. (which is not my main language)

Whenever I'm thinking, I tend to do it out loud. this includes with mathematics, programming, or even writing. helps me get my thoughts in order

when im practising a speech I talk to myself like a madman, my family hates it but I still do it

who doesn't do that! it's actuly pretty helpfull (my opinnion) i talk to my self before i go to sleep and sometimes i feel like i'm going crazy or something like that, but when i'm mad or upset at something talking to my self is helping me to calm down, it's pretty amazing actuly.

I think everybody does that. I do it when I muse to myself and when I'm living out fantasies in my mind
